Natalie T. Bussan
Attorney Bussan’s practice includes employment law, litigation and representation of local governments and individuals with regard to governmental matters. Her litigation practice focuses on insurance defense in construction related matters and business law.
Attorney Bussan has been with the firm since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2000. She was recently named a Rising Star by Law & Politics and the publisher of Milwaukee Magazine. Selection was based upon outstanding achievements including verdicts, settlements, transactions, experience and professional activity.
In her employment law practice, Attorney Bussan assists local business navigate employment laws in all areas including family and medical leave, discrimination and termination decisions, and also defense of discrimination and wage claims. She also represents employees in wrongful termination cases.
In her government practice she represents townships and assists with representation of the Village of Lake Delton in all matters including zoning, annexations, boundary agreements, tax assessments, and ordinance drafting, interpretation and prosecution.
Attorney Bussan is the Secretary of the Sauk County Bar. She has served as an instructor for the Skills Intensive Training part of the Lawyering Skills Program at the University of Wisconsin Law School and has lectured on contracts at a local community college. She also serves as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Fee Arbitration Panel for her district.
She is also active in the community and serves and Vice President of both the Baraboo Area United Fund and the Sauk County Historical Society and is a Kiwanias member.
