Construction Law
We represent clients with regard to residential and commercial construction. Our attorneys can assist you with contract review, lien matters and other payment disputes and construction defect cases – as well as determining whether or not insurance coverage exists for such claims. We also review matters for compliance with the Wisconsin Home Improvement Act and the Wisconsin Right to Cure Act.
Our representation with regard to construction defects has covered a wide variety of matters including structural defects, energy efficiency issues, defective concrete, foundation and basement issues and other alleged building code violations as well as workmanship issues. We represent both contractors and consumers.
